After clicking the "Download" button below and
filling out the short client questionnaire, your first installment of the your Web Statements
will be E-mailed to you within 48hrs for use with the CDS Web Statement software.
Please make sure you have downloaded and installed the CDS Web Statement software before attempting to view the
attached file.
The attached file within the E-mail should be saved to the same directory as
previous files we sent you and/or the same location where you have installed CDS Web Statement.
If you had chosen a custom install, please make note that the attached file should be saved in that folder.
After your first installment, you will be receiving automatic monthly E-mails
with CDS Web Statement attachments that correspond with your monthly cutoff.
