Instructions For Downloading and Installing
CDS Web Statement

CDS Web Statement is an HTML application used to view your monthly statements and your Aged Trial Balance (ATB) report on a computer.
This installation only includes sample statements and a sample ATB report. Files that contain your actual statements and ATB report will be emailed to you after your monthly statements have been processed at CDS.
This instructional guide will explain how to download the CDS Web Statement application from the CDS website, as well as how to install the application on your PC.
Once you have installed the application on your PC, please refer to the CDS Web Statement help information. You can access the help information from within the application by clicking on the ‘Help’ link on the application’s main page – see section Accessing CDS Web Statement Help Information.

CDS Web Statement runs on PCs that have any of the following operating systems installed:
Microsoft Windows 98
Microsoft Windows Me
Microsoft Windows NT
Microsoft Windows XP Home
Microsoft Windows 2000/XP Professional
Microsoft Windows 2000 Server
· Microsoft Internet Explorer 6.0+ with JavaScript 1.2 enabled.
Note: If you have Internet Explorer 6.0, you need to enable JavaScript.
If you do not have Microsoft Internet Explorer 6.0+ installed, you can download the application from Microsoft’s web site at:
http://www.microsoft.com/windows/ie/downloads/default.asp
For performance, we strongly suggest running the CDS Web Statement application on a PC with a minimum configuration of Pentium III with 256 MB memory.
To use the CDS Web Statement, you will need to download the application from the CDS website at - http://www.myreceivables.com/login.htm.
1. Using your browser, enter the CDS website address - http://www.myreceivables.com/login.htm..
If you entered the website address correctly, you will be on the MyReceivables.com ‘Client Login’ page.

the ‘Download’ button


3. After you press the ‘Download’ button, the ‘Web Statements Download Questionnaire’ web page will display.
On the ‘Web Statements Download Questionnaire’ web page, enter your client information and press the ‘Download’ button.

4. After you press the ‘Download’ button, you will be on the ‘CDS Web Statement Download’ web page.
Next, click the ‘CDSweb.exe’ link.


5. After you click the ‘CDSweb.exe’ link, a dialog box titled, ‘File Download’ will display asking you if you would like to open the ‘CDSweb.exe’ file or save the file to your computer.
6. Press the ‘Save’ button.


7. After you press the ‘Save’ button, a dialog box titled, ‘Save As’ will display. This dialog box allows you to save the ‘CDSweb.exe’ file to your PC.
If the folder to where you want to save the ‘CDSweb.exe’ file to is not shown in the in the ‘Save in:’ field, select from the ‘Save in:’ drop-down list, the location to where you want to save the file to.

8. If the location is a drive, i.e. ‘Local Disk (C:)’, select the drive and then select the folder to where you want to save the ‘CDSweb.exe’ file to.
Note: If you don’t see the folder that you want, you will have to navigate to that folder.

For this guide, we will save the ‘CDSweb.exe’ file to the ‘Desktop’.

9. After you select the location to where you want to save the ‘CDSweb.exe’ file to, press the ‘Save’ button.

10. After you press the ‘Save’ button, the ‘CDSweb.exe’ file will be saved to the location of where you specified in the ‘Save in:’ dialog box.
In our example, the file was saved to the ‘Desktop’ and the file icon looks like:

To install CDS Web Statement, you will need to locate the ‘CDSweb.exe’ file that you downloaded.
1. Using your mouse, double-left-click the file name. This will start the installation.
After you start the installation, the ‘Setup – CDS Web Statement’ dialog box will be displayed.
Press the ‘Next’ button.

2. To continue with the installation, press the ‘Next’ button on all dialog boxes until you get to the ‘Setup – CDS Web Statement’ Ready to Install’ dialog box. On that dialog box, press the ‘Install’ button.


After the application is installed, a shortcut will be created on your desktop. You are now ready to use the CDS Web Statement application.
