CDS Companies Management Team

Mark Brady - Chief Software Engineer. Mark has been with CDS since 1987, starting in computer operations, he was in charge of the programming/development staff, system developer and project manager. Mark has a BS from St Johns University and graduated in 1985 with a 4.0 GPA. He manages and is responsible for all CDS Companies developed products. His extensive background in programming and customer technical support issues has been a big part of the success of CDS Companies.

Amel Silano - Controller. Amel has been with CDS Capital since it's founding. He has over twenty years experience as an accountant and controller. He heads our Accounting department, overseeing all distribution of funds and works directly with our lending institution. Amel was also responsible for the integration and implementation of our accounting and reporting systems.

Pat Gesuele - VP of Credit and Collections. Pat holds a business degree from Brooklyn College as well as an Associate Degree from the New York Institute of Credit Management. With a background that includes over thirty years of credit and collection experience, Pat is uniquely qualified to maintain high levels of collection rates, as well as ensuring the quality of the applicants processed. As credit manager of James Talcott Factors, Congress Talcott (First Union), he has honed is expertise in this field.
